By accessing, registering for, or using SEOdiag (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
SEOdiag is a SaaS SEO auditing platform operated by PlanetCommunities LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States ("we," "us," "Company"). The Service enables users to crawl and audit websites, obtain AI-assisted technical SEO diagnostics, and generate exportable reports in PDF and other available formats.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information, except for the Free Check and the Full Report described in section 4A, which do not require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at accounting@planetcommunities.com of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.
The Service for registered accounts operates on a prepaid credit-based model (1 credit = 1 page audited). All plans are one-time packages with no recurring monthly subscriptions or automatic renewals:

From the seodiag.com home page anyone can check a website without creating an account. By using these features you accept these Terms.
Free Check. It analyzes only the home page of the website you enter and shows an indicative score from 0 to 100 and the most urgent problems. It is free, has daily usage limits to prevent abuse, and we may limit or suspend it at any time.
Full Report. It is a one-time payment of US$2 (two US dollars), with no subscription or automatic renewal. It includes:
The Full Report is delivered on a private web page accessed through a unique link we send to the email you provide at checkout. It is usually ready within a few minutes and at most within 24 hours. Anyone with the link can view the report, so we recommend not publishing it. We keep it available for at least 12 months from purchase.
What it does not include. The Full Report does not include implementing the changes on your website or any follow-up. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or mentions on Google, Google Maps or AI tools. The content is generated with the help of artificial intelligence and is governed by section 8: review every text before publishing it.
If we cannot deliver it. If for technical reasons we cannot generate the Full Report (for example, because the website blocks automated access or becomes unavailable), we keep retrying for up to 24 hours and, if we still cannot, we refund your payment automatically and let you know by email. Outside that case, section 5 applies.
Permitted use and data. We only analyze publicly accessible content, as a search engine would. Do not use these features to overload third-party websites. To provide the service and prevent abuse we store the address analyzed, the result, the email provided at checkout and an anonymous fingerprint (hash) of your IP address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data. More information in the Privacy Policy.
Except as provided in section 4A for the Full Report (automatic refund if we cannot generate the report due to technical reasons), all credit package and plan payments are final and non-refundable once processed. This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Because plans operate as one-time credit packages with no automatic renewal, there are no recurring subscription charges to cancel. You may request account closure or deletion at any time through your workspace settings or by emailing accounting@planetcommunities.com. Account deletion forfeits any unused credits without right to compensation.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
The Service includes technical WAF (Web Application Firewall) evasion capabilities using TLS fingerprint spoofing. These capabilities are designed exclusively for legitimate audits of websites authorized by the user. Using these capabilities on unauthorized websites is solely the user's responsibility and may violate local or international laws.
The Service uses Claude (Anthropic Inc.) to generate executive summaries and interpretive diagnostics. AI-generated content is informational and does not constitute technical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or applicability of such diagnostics. Users are responsible for validating all recommendations before implementation.
The Service, including its software, algorithms, user interface, SEOdiag trademark, and documentation, are the exclusive property of PlanetCommunities LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated from user data belong to the user. Reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or use of the SEOdiag brand without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The Service implements cryptographic isolation between workspaces. Audit data from one workspace is not accessible to users of other workspaces. However, users acknowledge that data is processed on the Company's and its providers' infrastructure as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Company is not responsible for the operation, availability, or practices of these third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlanetCommunities LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $99 USD if no payments were made during that period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. The Company does not warrant that the Service will meet all user requirements or that audit results will be infallible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unilateral business decision. Upon termination, all your access rights cease immediately and unused credits are forfeited without refund.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 15 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cancel your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the state of Wyoming.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver thereof. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
