By accessing, registering for, or using SEOdiag (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
SEOdiag is a SaaS SEO auditing platform operated by PlanetCommunities LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States ("we," "us," "Company"). The Service enables users to crawl and audit websites, obtain AI-assisted technical SEO diagnostics, and generate exportable reports in PDF and other available formats.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at accounting@planetcommunities.com of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.
The Service operates on a credit-based model: 1 credit = 1 page audited. Available plans are:
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are processed through Stripe. Prices may change with prior notice as outlined in Section 13. Unused credits at the end of a subscription period do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
All payments are final and non-refundable. The Testing Plan ($1 USD) is a one-time payment for access to the Service, not a free trial period, and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Monthly subscription plans are not refundable on a prorated basis for unused periods. This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, after which you will lose access to the Service and any remaining credits without compensation.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
The Service includes technical WAF (Web Application Firewall) evasion capabilities using TLS fingerprint spoofing. These capabilities are designed exclusively for legitimate audits of websites authorized by the user. Using these capabilities on unauthorized websites is solely the user's responsibility and may violate local or international laws.
The Service uses Claude (Anthropic Inc.) to generate executive summaries and interpretive diagnostics. AI-generated content is informational and does not constitute technical, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or applicability of such diagnostics. Users are responsible for validating all recommendations before implementation.
The Service, including its software, algorithms, user interface, SEOdiag trademark, and documentation, are the exclusive property of PlanetCommunities LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated from user data belong to the user. Reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, or use of the SEOdiag brand without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The Service implements cryptographic isolation between workspaces. Audit data from one workspace is not accessible to users of other workspaces. However, users acknowledge that data is processed on the Company's and its providers' infrastructure as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Company is not responsible for the operation, availability, or practices of these third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlanetCommunities LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $99 USD if no payments were made during that period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. The Company does not warrant that the Service will meet all user requirements or that audit results will be infallible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unilateral business decision. Upon termination, all your access rights cease immediately and unused credits are forfeited without refund.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 15 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cancel your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the state of Wyoming.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver thereof. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
