B2B Transparency: No Automatic Subscriptions

Unlike 99% of the SaaS software on the market, at SEOdiag we do not use automatic monthly subscriptions that lock you in. We believe in the "Pay-as-you-go" model: You only pay for what you are going to use at that moment, we grant you the credits, and if you reach zero, you are completely free to leave or top up manually.

We will NEVER store your credit card to debit funds from you the following month. Our goal is not to hold clients hostage, but to offer high-quality technology so that you choose to buy again by conviction.

Payment Security

All our payment processing is 100% delegated to Stripe, the gold standard in transactional security globally. We do not see, store, or process your financial information on our servers.

How to Download Your Invoices

We know that if you use SEOdiag in an agency, you need to present valid accounting receipts (Invoices) to your financial department or CFO to deduct taxes. Every time you purchase a Credit Tier, Stripe generates an automatic invoice.

To download it:

• Log in to your Dashboard. (You must have the "Owner" role in the Workspace).
• In the side menu, go to the Billing & Pricing section.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see the Invoice History section.
• The table will show all your previous purchases with their date, amount, and status.
• Click the purple "Download PDF" link to get your official receipt in downloadable format, or "View Receipt" to view it hosted directly on Stripe's servers.

  Note on tax data: If you need the invoice to include your corporate VAT, CUIT, RFC, or Tax Identification Number, make sure to enter it during the Stripe checkout screen when prompted at the time of payment. Once the invoice is issued, the receipt is immutable.

Internal Consumption Audit

In addition to the tax invoice, at SEOdiag we internally record every expense that occurs within your Workspace. If you have analysts or clients spending your credits, don't worry, you will be able to see exactly which crawls or keyword trackings were performed to justify your operating margins.
