Scalability and commercial transparency are essential in SEOdiag. For this reason, the platform's billing and balance system is crafted under an "exact pay-per-use" design, ensuring you always have full control over your audits.

How is the cost of an audit calculated?

Credit calculation in SEOdiag is entirely straightforward and does not incorporate hidden multipliers for file weight or render limits:

• 1 Crawlable URL (HTTP 200 Status) = 1 Credit consumed
• 1 Analyzed Asset (Images, JS, CSS, PDF) = 1 Credit consumed

Important Note: Both processed HTML pages and linked resources discovered and indexed by our crawler (such as CSS and images) count equally. SEOdiag internally verifies headers and weights of all resources to report accurate Core Web Vitals metrics.

Deduction Process (Post-Pay Model)

Unlike many commercial crawlers that pre-withhold credits upon initiating an audit, SEOdiag features an exact post-audit deduction engine:

1. No Initial Withholdings: When you enter a domain to audit, the system will prompt you to configure a Maximum Pages limit (Max Pages). This limit acts as a safety cap, but no credits are deducted in advance.
2. Exact Billing: Credits will be deducted from your balance exclusively upon completion of the scan, based strictly on the exact count of URLs processed by our cluster.
3. Failure Protection: If a destination server blocks the audit (for example, via Cloudflare returning a Status 403), or if you cancel the crawl (Timeout), you will only be charged for the URLs that were successfully crawled prior to the failure. You won't lose your projected cost on failed audits.

For comprehensive agency control: * Remaining credits will be kept in your Workspace until they expire (based on your tier) or are depleted—whichever comes first. * In the top-right panel of the system, you will always see the Available Credits: prompt displaying the exact volume remaining for your upcoming runs.
