Teams and Multi-Tenancy

The Workspace Model

SEOdiag was designed from day one with B2B agencies in mind. For this reason, we use a "Multi-Tenant" architecture. This means your account is not isolated, but belongs to a Workspace that you can share with agency colleagues or external clients.

All members of the same Workspace share:

• The list of monitored domains.
• The complete history of PDF reports and audits.
• Rank Tracking projects.
• The Workspace's Credit Wallet.

Role Differences (Owner vs User)

To protect your credits and critical configuration, SEOdiag implements a role-based security model (RBAC):

• Owner: This is the user who created the Workspace. They are the only ones authorized to purchase credits on Stripe, download tax invoices, modify the White Label PDF logo, and manage invitations for other members.
• User: This is the role assigned to guests (e.g. junior SEO analysts, copywriters, clients). They can launch audits (consuming credits from the common pool) and export PDFs, but they do not have access to billing options and cannot modify the White Label logo.

How to Invite Team Members

• Log in to your Dashboard as an Owner.
• In the left menu, navigate to the Team Settings section.
• You will see the list of current members. Click on "Invite User".
• Enter the email address of your colleague or client.
• They will receive an invitation link. Once they register, they will automatically appear within your Workspace.

  Limits by Plan: The number of simultaneous members you can have in your Workspace depends on your subscription. The Growth Plan allows inviting up to 5 users for small teams. The Agency and Enterprise plans support unlimited users.

Switching Between Workspaces

If you are part of multiple agencies or have clients who created their own Workspaces and invited you as an external auditor, you can easily switch between accounts using the selector located in the bottom left corner of your Dashboard. Your credits and data will never cross between Workspaces.
